Link Exchange/Affiliate/Sibling Applications

This is where I keep most of my link applications, as the header says above. I will be linient on some of the rules.

You must link me somewhere on your site.
No pornography.
No Pizcos.
No stolen content!

You must link me on every page, or an affiliates page.
No pornography, fanfiction is aloud.
Link me on at least your homepage before you apply.
You can't have ever stolen any content from anyone else. If I find out you are instantly removed.
Don't ask me to vote for you in a contest. It will just be a popularity contest if you do that.

You have to have at least 3 different types of graphics on your site, like how mine has avatars, blinkies, and cursors.
Also tell me who your favorite Bishonen (Bishoujo if your a boy) is in the comments.

Your site has to be either anime or game graphics.
You can't have over 3 staff members on your site. I don't like it when sites have alot of staff.
You must be the owner of the site thats appling.
No premade layouts! Gifts are okay every now and then.

Decent graphic making skills, I don't like it when people just get a plain 100X100 image and call that an avatar.
